Rider is sole user. Ubike and rider are the only parties to this agreement. The rider is the sole renter and
is solely responsible for compliance with all terms and conditions. You understand that when you
activate a Ubike from the location, the bike must be used only by you. You must not allow others to use
a Ubike that you have activated from the location.
