USER AGREEMENT

Please read this agreement carefully. It sets forth the legal

binding terms and conditions for your use of this service.

In consideration of your use of any of our services provided by Ubike, that you agree to all

terms and conditions in the Ubike rental agreement, waiver of liability, and release agreement,

as applicable. The “services” provided by Ubike are composed of several elements, including

Ubike parking locations, Ubike bikes, and other related equipment, maintenance, charging of

the Ubike, personnel, mobile applications, other software, and information provided or made

available by Ubike.

You should CAREFULLY READ all terms and conditions before entering in this agreement.

Make note, the Ubike you are renting must be locked at the conclusion of the ride. If the bike is

no locked, the trip will continue and you will continue to be charged. If bikes are not returned within a 24 hour period, you will be

charged a $50 fee each day, until the bike is returned to the charging and locking station.

Upon conclusion of your ride, the Ubike must be parked at the charging and locking station.

The Ubike can not be parked on private property or in a locked area.

All traffic and bicycling laws must be obeyed, including any helmet laws in your area.

You must report any damages or malfunction get Ubikes via the app or e-mail.

Ubike agrees to let, the rider expressly agrees to take on, rental of the Ubike subject to the terms

and conditions set out herein. Unless otherwise indicated, all monetary values set forth in this

Agreement shall be deemed to be denominated in U.S. dollars.
